Whale sharks are the biggest fish in the ocean. And you seriously won’t believe how big they are until you’re in the ocean right next to one! Whale sharks are one of the ocean’s greatest mysteries. They’re almost constantly on the move, and they spend a lot of their time at great depths (nearly 2km deep). So little is known about their life cycles and breeding habits. They can live to be over 100 years – which is no mean feat for an animal so large.

What To Expect

Day 1

  • 11.00am Pick up at Sultan Kaharuddin Sumbawa Airport (SWQ) as our meeting point.
  • 11.30 Lunch at Sumbawa Town (Optional)
  • 13.00 Road trip to Labu Jambu village approximately 2 hours
  • 15.00 Check in at the Hotel
  • 16.00 free time (rest)
  • Dinner is available at the Hotel with Local Dish.

DAY 2

  • 04.00am Pick up at the hotel
  • 14.30am embark to the whale shark Point by boat
  • 06.00am (sunrise) heading at Whale Shark Point (Dive, swim, snorkeling with the Whale shark)
  • 08.00am Breakfast will Serve on the Boat (Bread, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit.
  • 09.30am leave whale shark point
  • 10.30am heading at the harbour labu jambu Harbour
  • 12.00 Check out from Hotel
  • 12.30am Return to Sumbawa besar
  • 13.30pm stop for lunch (optional)
  • 15.30pm Drop to Hotel end of Service
