What To Expect

Day 1, Bali Airport (DPS) – Sumbawa Airport (SWQ)
  • 06.00am Pick up from any hotel in Bali (Pick up time based on your Hotel location. (Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, etc)
  • 07.30am Airport check in, Boarding pass flight direct From Bali Airport (DPS) – Sumbawa Airport (SWQ)
  • 10.00am Heading at Sultan Kaharuddin Sumbawa Airport (SWQ)
  • 10.30am Pick up and greet assist at Sumbawa Airport (SWQ) as our meeting point. Continue to driving to Hotel / accommodation, check-in, keep the luggages.
  • 11.30am Embark on a speed Boat for Moyo Island by Speed Boat 30 minutes
  • 12.00pm Heading to Moyo Island
  • 12.00pm Lunch on the beach front Restaurant (optional – not include)
  • 13.30pm After lunch and Embark on transport ojek Soft Adventure by Motorbike Taxi to the Mata Jitu Waterfalls, Swimming in the Torqouse Pool in the forest
  • 15.30pm Return to the village of labu aji and continue towards to Snorkeling at Takat Sagele, Poto Jarum Beach (feels an private beach, white sands, colorfull corals. Turtle point, snorkeling.
  • 17.30 After snorkeling and swimming back to main island and heading to Samawa Seaside Resort and check in (free time)
  • Overnight Hotel in Samawa Seaside Resort – Beach front Resort (Room Standar – Upgrade room available at the Property – Optional)
  • Dinner is available at the Hotel with Local Dish.

 

Day 2, Swimming with Whale Sharks – Sumbawa Town
  • 03:00 AM – Pick up from any hotel in Sumbawa Besar Central town, Trip Proceed to the Harbour, about 1,5 hours
  • 04:00 AM – Loading & Departure by boat to Whale Shark Point (Boat Trip 1 – 1,5 hours according to sea conditions
  • 05:30 AM – Heading at Whale Shark Point.
  • 06:00 AM – Sunrise activity, Coffee, Tea, Serve by our Crew while observe Whale Sharks from the boat, (Crew prepare snorkeling Gear) Short briefing by our Guide, before jump into the water
  • 08:30 AM – Light breakfast served on the boat (Bread, Coffee, Tea, and Fresh Fruits)
  • 09:30 AM – Leave Whale Shark Point (Estimated, you’re able to swim longer as you mentioned to our boat crew need more time to swim or snorkeling with whale sharks.
  • 10:30 AM – Heading to the Harbour, Return to Hotel / Airport in Sumbawa Besar central town.
  • 12:00 AM – Heading in Sumbawa Besar and transfer back to Hotel Samawa Seaside Resort
Day 3, Sumbawa Airport (SWQ) – Bali Airport (DPS)
  • 08.30am After Breakfast check out and direct to Sumbawa Aiport (SWQ) Return to Bali
  • 10.30am Landing to Bali and transfer out to your Acomodation / Hotel in Bali

  • Flexible tour dates may be available upon request, subject to availability.
  • As the services to be provided by Sumbawa Whale Sharks, the guests are able to book from several months in advance to confirm your booking!
  • Or you have already in town Sumbawa Besar, don’t hesitate to send us  messages for availability.
  • Cancellation more than 3 days before the scheduled tour: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking price will apply.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of the scheduled tour or on the tour date: The deposit is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your tour to another available date at no additional charge.
  • No-show on the scheduled tour date: All payments made are non-refundable, regardless of whether prior notice of cancellation was provided.
